How It Works

Building a Sanctuary can take up to two years to complete. In order to deliver the level of service and detail each home requires, we carefully select each project to ensure that we are partnering with like-minded individuals. We invite you to get qualified today by completing a short questionnaire.
Once we’ve reviewed your project we will schedule an interview. You’ll be introduced to Brian Schafer, Edgewood’s founder, and we’ll talk more in-depth, answer your questions, and explore the schedule to determine if your Sanctuary is a good fit for us.
